When you use our service, via a third party website that is utilizing us as their ID verification service, you will upload copies of government issued identity documents. We encrypt these images during their transfer to us and make sure that they are encrypted in our storage servers. We do not share these images with any third party. We do not allow these images to be retrieved from our servers via the internet.
We will not share your data with any third party, unless we are required to by law enforcement request.
Right to be forgotten
We respect your right to be forgotten, and as such, if you contact us via email or through the contact us page on this web site we will remove any information that we know about you.
Who we share your data with
We will not share your data with any third party. We provide a “pass” or “fail” status of your ID document to the client that uses our service to verify your identity.
How long we retain your data
We store your ID document until such time as it expires. We then remove all trace of your ID document from our systems.
